Does the brumachen bottle have a warranty?
Bru offers a 1-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.brumachen.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.
What is bru's Return Policy?
We would be happy to accept returns of any unused brumachen product* (excluding personalized brumachen bottles) in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Complimentary returns are available in the United States and Canada for products with malfunctions. Please reach out to info@brumachen.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
Limited Edition/Gift Sets: You can return any brumachen bottle as long as it fits our Return Policy. Please note, if the set is not returned in full, the promotional discount will no longer be applicable. For questions regarding returns on Limited Edition Sets/Gift Sets, reach out to info@brumachen.com.
